Welcome to Sports Literature!

This course provides an introductory survey of sports literature. Students will read, listen to, view and discuss the sports literature genre.
We will consider:

• What is the value of sport?
• What can sports and sport literature teach us?
• What does it mean to be an athlete?

During this course, be prepared to improve your reading, writing, speaking, viewing and listening skills while gaining a better understanding of this thought-provoking, challenging, and evolving genre.
